Personnel To provide a school climate that attracts the best available staff, and promotes high levels of staff performance to support Vauxhall School’s mission, values and goals. |

To develop and further refine procedural frameworks which promote high levels of staff performance, including through a formal appraisal system.

To ensure professional development equips staff to deliver quality teaching and learning (whole staff focus). |
